Cyquent offers flexible and scalable delivery models that are tailored to the specific situation and needs of your organization. We take into account several factors such as goals, objectives, risks, time and budget constraints, to build a customized engagement plan that spans staff, tools and technologies. Engagements range from staff augmentation to complete turnkey innovation projects. Our engagement models are outlined below:
- Project-based: Cyquent deploys a project team for a well-defined scope of work with a specific duration and is responsible for the schedule, cost and deliverables. Cyquent develops a Statement of Work (SOW) that defines the scope of work, team structure, timeline, and deliverables. The team can be distributed between client’s site and Cyquent’s offices to provide lower cost, reduced risk and faster delivery. This model is suitable for clients who plan to outsource or have prior outsourcing experience.
- Time and Materials: In a time and materials based engagement, we provide technical resources to work on your specific information technology needs on a “per hour” basis either onsite or offsite.
- Offshore Delivery Center: In this model Cyquent establishes a dedicated Offshore Delivery Center (ODC) that is a virtual extension of the client’s IT organization. The teaming model and utilization of the ODC is based on the anticipated volume of services over the medium to long term. Cyquent helps the client in identifying and packaging the scope for multiple IT projects that will be executed by the ODC. This model provides excellent price and performance guarantees and offers substantial value and cost savings over the long term.
